Sucia Island Ferry

Hop on our boat for a lift to Sucia Island State Park. Bring your bike or kayak along if you like, rentals can be provided. Sucia Island is one of the most incredible locations in the San Juans. Spend a day on Sucia roaming the many beaches, hiking its trails, exploring its caves and fossil beds and you will discover a single day is not enough to see it all. We can drop you and your gear off for overnight camping as well.

 Round Trip Service to Sucia

• $45 per person
• Map provided.
• Minimum two people per trip.
• Typical the boat departs Orcas between 10:30-1200pm.
• And Picks up from Sucia between 3-5pm.
• Other times are available upon advanced request.

We can provide Lunch:

• Sack Lunches $15
• Cooler with Ice $10

Gear Transport:

• Bring your bike or kayak along if you like. Transport fees are:
• $10 Mt. Bike/Camping Gear
• $20 Small Kayak (less than 12 ft)
• $35 Large Kayak(more than 12 ft)
• Kayak and mt. bike rentals can be provided.

Water Taxi

Water taxi service is available throughout the San Juans.

Pick-up and drop off is also available from Lummi Island, Anacortes, Bellingham, Vancouver, and Victoria. We will pick you up anywhere and take you anywhere.

If you have a lot of stuff that’s not a problem we’ll be happy to haul your kayaks, mt. bikes, luggage, tools, or whatever else you need to bring along.

Water Taxi Rates:

• ‘The Kodyak’
• 22 ft Skiff
• $100 per hour run time, $40 per hour wait time.
• ‘The Blackfish’
• 30 ft Catamaran
• $180 per hour run time, $75 wait time.

International service and service in restricted visibility only available on the Blackfish.

Outer Island Expeditions is based on the North shore of Orcas Island at Smuggler’s Villa Resort, but we pick up customers from all the San Juans Region including Lopez, San Juan, Shaw, Blakely, Lummi Island, Anacortes, Bellingham, and most anywhere else you might be.
