Outer Island Expeditions offers high quality, unforgetable marine experiences in the San Juan Islands of Washington State. Each of our boat tours is tailored according to season, recent wildlife sightings, and of course the interests of those aboard. Our focus is on a personal experience. Other tour companies will pack you on their big boats for an impersonal and scripted experience. Rather than being barked at on a loud speaker while surrounded by forty or more strangers, try hoping aboard our luxurious six passenger high speed vessel. You’ll be able to converse with the captain, have a say in the itinerary, and your interaction with wildlife viewing will be up close and personal.   

Unlike many other tour companies, Outer Island Expeditions boat tours will incorporate many activities into one trip, some of the activities that can be included on a trip are, whale watching and wildlife viewing, charter fishing, crabbing, kayaking, lighthouse tours, island tours and gourmet meals served on an island park. We’ll put together a day for you that you’ll never forget.

Outer Island Expeditions is based on the North Shore of Orcas Island, in Brandt’s Landing Marina, near Smuggler’s Villa Resort, however we can pick up you from all the San Juan Islands region which includes Lopez Island, Shaw Island, San Juan Island, Blakely Island, Lummi Island, Anacortes, Bellingham, and most anywhere else you might be in the San Juan Islands.
