Mother and Calf

Today we had the unbelievable treat of seeing Humpback whale mama "Pillar" and calf. These two are getting their fill on food before beginning their long trek (and fasting!) to Hawaii for the breeding season. When it's time to head back towards Alaska in the Spring this baby will make its first tail pumps into the world without mama!

We also had the chance to hang out with a Sea Otter in Rosario Straight! Another amazing and rare sighting out here!
